Shipping
Processing Times:
Orders are made to order and processing time is 3-7 business days.
Estimated shipping delivery times:
USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days
International shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn’t end up arriving, please let us know.
Firstly, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us, noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
Returns
Return Policy:
If the customer is not satisfied with a purchase, the order can be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is in its original, unworn, and unused condition.
Defective items:
If an item arrives defective, then please constact us within 30 days of purchase. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address:
If an address provided by the customer is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our shipment facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.
Unclaimed Shipments:
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our shipping facility and the customer would be liable for the cost of a reshipment, if so chosen.
